Admission Procedure/Policy
North Hills International School is committed to an admission policy that enables the School to accomplish its mission and fulfil its vision in a fair, transparent manner consistent with its core purpose.
The School subscribes to an equal opportunity admission policy, which makes it possible for pupils of all ethnic, gender, religious, racial and socio-economic backgrounds to enroll in the School.
The admission process has been designed to be fair and is based on merit while fostering inclusion.
We accept applications from pupils/parents for early childhood, primary, and Lower Secondary (Junior High School).
Admission Process
Step One
Download and fill a prospective student application forms or walk in and pick up admission forms at the school’s administration. Fill and submit forms to the administrator at a fee of GH ₵500.00
Step Two
Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport page, a copy of your child’s latest school report and a passport-size photograph.
Step Three
Assessment in English and Mathematics will be conducted from Kindergarten two and beyond and dates will be communicated.
Step Four
Students who meet the criteria and pass the assessment will have placement in their preferred class based on age and previous class.
Please note we have a minimum age for each year.
Step Five
Once parents accept the admission offer, payment of fees for the term must be made in full to secure admission. Kindly note part payment of fees is not permitted.
Late Admission
A pupil may be admitted to the School at any time during the school year provided there is a slot available and it is assured that the pupil will be able to follow learning without any major difficulties.
